In der Nase erinnert er an Honig, reife Melonen und Lychee, im Mund sanft und sehr harmonisch. Ein passender Begleiter zu Sushi oder zu einem feinen Apero.

The taste of this Sake: nice and mild, not sweet, but not so dry.
