In unserem heutigen Rezept wird Sake Kasu zu einem leckeren Kuchen verarbeitet. Zutaten 390g Mehl 2 TL Backpulver 225g Butter 400g Zucker 1 TL Salz 3 Eier 1 1/2 TL Vanille Extrakt 120g Sake Kasu 130ml Sake Puderzucker So wirds gemacht Mehl und Backpulver vermischen. Butter in einem Topf zerlassen, zur Mehlmasse hinzufügen und gut verrühren Zucker und Salz hinzufügen. Eier einzeln hinzufügen und weiter umrühren bis alle Eier in den Teig eingearbeitet sind. <h3 class="wp-block-heading">So wirds gemacht</h3>



<ol class="wp-block-list"><li>Mehl und Backpulver vermischen.</li><li>Butter in einem Topf zerlassen, zur Mehlmasse hinzufügen und gut verrühren</li><li>Zucker und Salz hinzufügen.</li><li>Eier einzeln hinzufügen und weiter umrühren bis alle Eier in den Teig eingearbeitet sind.</li><li>Vanille Extrakt unterrühren.</li><li>Sake Kasu und Sake hinzufügen &#8211; weiter verrühren, bis ein geschmeidiger Teig entstanden ist.</li><li>Den Teig in eine ausgebutterte Cake Form geben.</li><li>Im auf 180° vorgeheizten Ofen den Cake 55-65min backen.</li><li>Auskühlen lassen, mit Puderzucker bestreuen und servieren.</li></ol>
